These Terms and Conditions arrange the relations between Single Step Ltd. on one hand and the users of internet websites and services located on the Single Step domain (“site”), on the other. These conditions bind all users. You have two options to create and place an order: through your registration or without a registration. When signing up, you must enter an email and password, then you will receive a confirmation to your email with a link to the user panel. The other option is to register during the order, as there is a special box in which you must confirm your wish to create an account and specify a password. Once you have successfully registered, you can change your contact phone and shipping address for each order, as well as the person to accept the order. In addition, a history of your orders will be stored in your account. By ticking the “I agree with the Terms and Conditions” field, the customer makes an electronic statement within the meaning of the Electronic Document and Electronic Signature Act, declaring that he/she is familiar with and accepts these Terms and Conditions.
- DATA CONFIDENTIALITY
The personal data that Single Step Ltd receives upon registration will be used only for customer service – accepting and executing orders, providing information in the form of a newsletter and contacting users in case of problems related to their order. Single Step Ltd guarantees that the data in question will not be provided in any form to third parties or used for purposes other than those described above. Users subscribed to our newsletter may terminate their subscription at any time. A user can be deleted from the Single Step’s database, along with the associated data at any time, if the user expresses his desire for that.
When finalizing your order, you have the opportunity to see the products you buy and their prices, your names, e-mail, phone number, address, delivery method and payment method. Once the order has been finalized, you will receive confirmation with the same information. For each stage of order processing (availability confirmation, dispatching, etc.) you will be notified by e-mail. The history of your orders can be found in your account.
- PRICE OF THE ORDER
The final cost of the order is calculated as a sum of the prices of the ordered products. All prices are with VAT included and are not subject to change from the time of order until the time of payment. In addition to the price, the price of the delivery is calculated according to your address.
- PROBLEMS THROUGHOUT THE ORDER’S EXECUTION
Your order may be obstructed because of one of the following reasons:
- No payment (delay of payment) by the consumer if he/she has chosen online payment by credit or debit card.
- The user has indicated a wrong or incomplete delivery address.
- No phone number of the user in the contact detail. In the event of shipping problems, caused by us, any additional costs are at our expense. In all other cases, subsequent shipment will be at the user’s expense.
- WAYS OF PAYMENT
- Payment on delivery (cash on delivery): upon receipt of the goods the client pays the amount due to the courier.
- Payment through PayPal: the client can pay through the platform vis his/her account there, as well as without registration.
- RETURNING AN ORDER
The client has the right to return the purchased product within 14 days of the date of purchase. For this purpose, the object of the transaction shall be in its original packaging, without traces of use or violation of the commercial appearance of the product, in accordance with the provisions of Art. 55 of the CPA. All shipping costs are at the expense of the customer! Reimbursement costs and fees are at the expense of the customer!
